The townhouse.

This project involved the structural reconfiguration of a ground floor layout to create a more functional and contemporary living space within a coastal townhouse.

The works included altering internal walls, rebuilding sections of the floor and wall structures, and preparing the space for a new bathroom and utility area. Alongside the structural works, the project included installation of new fixtures and carpentry finishes throughout the ground floor.

Plumbing and electrical installations were delivered by specialist trades as part of the wider construction package.
