Our founder, Mark Bell, spent over 20 years working in Australia building residential homes and bespoke swimming pools, gaining extensive experience in structural construction and carpentry across a wide range of coastal projects.

Since moving to Cornwall in 2021 and founding Sun & Shine Projects, Mark has built a reputation for delivering carefully executed construction with a straightforward, down-to-earth approach. His background in residential construction and fine carpentry shapes the way the team approaches each project, with a focus on quality workmanship and spaces that feel relaxed, practical and built to last.
